ProStores StoreSync w/ QuickBooks

We rebuilt our site, added the slick ProStores shopping cart and were already to go only to lean that StoreSync doesn not work with Vista or QuickBooks 7 or 8. Now we are faced with hand entry of lots and lots of customer orders. Has anyone had any experience with ProStores Store Sync, Vista and QuickBooks? All we are looking for is a way to get our orders from the cart into QB electronically.
