Hi everyone,
I didn't really know which category to post this question in but I hope you can help, Can anyone recommend good sites for finding available domain names? It would be good if you could specify extension (.com, .co.uk, .name etc) and it could provide good alternatives to the search terms. How do other members go about finding new names? Do we think there are any good names left?! Thanks, Neil

Hello Neil,
I know very good service directNIC - ! which will help you to find new domains. If the domain is taken it suggests alternatives. Please share your opinion after you try it. Alex |

Also you can check domaintools.com or DeletedDomains - Home - Expired/Dropped/Deleted Domain Names Every Day
both good to find domains. buydomains.com is also an option, but they are very expensive some times.

Dear Neil,
Try your favorite registrar, eg: godaddy.com networksolutions.com or selling site, eg: moniker.com sedo.com or check out one of the domain name forums, eg: DNForum.com NamePros.com |

i think godaddy.com is still the best...

Here are a couple os useful domain name resources: Deleted Domain Names and this one is very creative, Nameboy. Just type in a couple of words and it generates possibilities. Beware, it often returns some that seem to be amazing and turn out to unavailable ... but it really helps with brainstorming!
Cheers, MJ
