Default VISA/MC definition of Adult businesses.

We get very many questions from Adult webmasters if they can get accepted by our company. According to VISA/MC, the following is a definition of what we (and many other cc processing companies) can accept, regarding Adult web sites:

Selling DVDs and movies (that might be covered with seperate scenes of the films) is regarded as RETAIL. If such a website offering these goods provide some kind of previewing video streams they are classified as ADULT, except of those video streams that are protected by adult checking systems.
As long as there are no preview pictures and/or video streams that are available to everyone the merchant won't be coded as an ADULT merchant.

I hope this information is clear enough for everyone.
