Yes, Zen Cart and osCommerce allows for product
reviews... and I belive there is an affiliate module too.

I currently have Product Reviews on my website, I'm using 3dcart.

I got a third party affiliate program and integrated with the site, it seems to work fine and gives me the basic information.

Hi,
I use Goecart on my site, www.greatroomsdecor.com, it has product reviews and an affiliate module.
The cart itself has been very easy to use, it has some limitations, but it has been working great for us (1 year now). They can supposedly do some customization for a fee, but we haven't done any yet, so can't comment on that. We also don't use the affiliate module, but they do have one. Customer support is very responsive, and we have been very pleased for the price.

For customer's review and affiliate system have a look at X-cart - http://x-cart.com. I like their review feature. X-affiliate module is essential. :)
