I know someone using Rainworx auction script it's ASP and really professional.

I have put in PHP Pro Bid for one of my clients and it seems to work quite well, we are not at a serious production size yet, still easing some key players into it.

The dev team seem to be quite keen on the development and they quoted what seemed to be a reasonable sum for a payment modification.
