Hello all,

What software do you use for live help?
I have good experience with LivePerson, but I have found all new program - Sales-n-Stats. Does anyone have experience with it?

It looks good, but do anyone use it in production?

Any comments?

looks good and I will include it in report, but Sales-n-Stats seems more rich in features. I would prefer comments on it.

Please help me, because me boss wants info asap :)

We have been using Bold Chat for 3 years now and love it, built in CRM system tons of features, worth the look boldchat.com

Boldchat is good solution but Sales-and-Stats have all its features and several unique ones such realtime visitors tracking and ability to complete integration with any clients database.

Now we are testing 3 tools - LivePerson, Sales-n-Stats and BoldChat.

We use SHINE Live Help. It is has everything we need and it also integrates with SugarCRM. We can add the chat dialog to the customer record and track all past interactions. It is open source so its free.
