Default Is Authorize.net down?

There seems to be something seriously amiss at Authorize.net today. We can't reach anyone at Authorize.net support (busy signal) and our transactions have all suddenly started being declined. We can't log into our merchant interface either. Anyone else having problems with Authorize.net?

Default Same problem

We can login and are getting our orders processed but can't get through on the phone. Not sure what is happening over there. Live Help is down as well.

Strange. We're getting an error that "the account is no longer active". I called their sales number and asked what was up and they told me that a storm in the Northwest has knocked out power to about 30,000 people including their tech support department. They told me there was nothing they could do and I'd have to wait for support to come back online. We are very annoyed and losing thousands as I write this. Time to step up our Google Checkout integration plans.

Anyone else having problems with Authorize.net today? For over 12 hours we've been completely unable to do business on our web site. We've tried to reach them all day to no avail and our reseller says that they've had complaints from other customers today and can't get through to Authorize.net to find out what the problem is. This is so far beyond the realm of acceptable business that I'm about ready to switch payment gateway providers.
