Default HELP!

Hey guys! I am working on a website for an attorney that wants to sell the answers to a common set of legal questions. He doens't want to use PayPal, but wants to accept credit cards.

Here is how it should work:

The user will click on a question, pay a small fee, then be taken to the answer. Also, an email (not a plain text email, but a "pretty" one) will be sent with the answer immediatly.

Does anyone have any ideas? I have always gotten such helpful comments from my friends at WebProWorld! Thanks in advance!!

God bless!

-Katie

you may want to look into Google Checkout, especially if he doesn't want to use PayPal OR pay merchant fees...

I'm wondering how much of a rat's nest this could turn in to with laws basically being locally defined and the internet being an international reach..

I agree although it is beyond the question posed by the OP. Either these will need to be federal questions like patents or copyright, or else the answers will need to be very generic in order to avoid any problems posed by the specific requesters facts. I foresee malpractice claims and attorney disciplinary issues.

Anyways, Citymax.com has downloadable file ecommerce and it is tied in with authorize.net and other payment gateways.
