Default eCommerce solution for selling advertising

I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction here. I'm developing a new website that will sell advertising to a particular industry. I need a way to charge my advertisers either monthly or quarterly and keep track of all the financial stuff for me. What are some good companies that will do this?

Thanks,

Don

Have you tried Actinic (http://www.actinic.com/ )?

Actinic can be integrated with QuickBooks (accounting software) which sounds ideal for your specification. Their Support is also very good. Further info can be found at: http://www.actinic.com/quickbooks.html

HTH.

Thanks Debbie, sorry for the late reply. This seems like a good solution although a little expensive.

I think that clickcartpro could handle this as well.

Are you selling adspace on a website or is the content of the website derived from selling space on it, like a directory?

Well...I'm not sure what your model is, but I'd look into something like Commission Junction www.cj.com. They handle the money and the stats, you pick the ads and collect the cash.

Do you mean something like AdBrite? Or just somethign so you can offer advertising for your own personal website?

If you after something cheap then why not just get a basic webstore to place your products in?
Otherwise you may be lookign at somethign more expensive, try a freelancer website like getafreelancer

I'm not selling any products. I am selling advertising. So I need something to keep track of all the click throughs and IP addresses that click through so I can email them to my advertisers every month and get paid.

So you're saying you don't need adbrite or CJ you want to BE AdBrite or CJ, but only on your site?

If this is the case, I don't know... I think you'd have to build or look for someone who does some type of ad reselling module, plugin, software?!?...

If you cant find a script, then you could always design your own website and implement some kind of ad tracking software.
