Default A Hosting Company has cheated me.

These hooligans have cheated me of nearly $300 dollars. The money hasn't been refunded yet to my credit card account. I disliked their service and asked for a cancellation on April and was given a cancellation number. To confirm everything, I sent a reminder and one of their customer support executives told me not to worry. Now after submitting the cancellation number to the BANK, the bank says it can't do anything about it. EDIT CTABUK has walked away with $300 and this has pissed me off. Read the following:

No matter what your grievances are with a private Company, Open forums are not the place to name and shame, I'm sorry but I had to edit out the names and phone numbers. Look we all get pissed with Gooog, and the other SE's BUT ...they are fair game - but if a member of their staff posts here and saw that, then you could end up in a worse condition, sorry but there you go.

If you paid by credit card can't you contact your credit card company about the refusal to give a refund?

How long ago did you cancel?

It can take some time for the credit to show up on your card
