Default Customer Service HelpDesk with RMA?
I am trying to investigate some Customer Support Ticket modules available that run on Unix.

There are tons of support ticket options, but none with the embedded RMA module.

Does anyone know of a helpdesk script which allows users to enter RMA requests and a backend panel to administer that RMA.

Default RMA
I know RMA as a Return Materials Authorization...usually a code and shipping authorization to return an item fora refund or exchange.
