"Pay in 3 Equal Payments" functionality in any sho

I need to create an ecommerce site that sells jewelry. They want the customer to be able to choose "Pay in 3 Equal Payments," and only pay the first payment at the time of the order. All the carts I've seen so far only have one price, to be paid in full at checkout.

Do any carts offer this functionality?
