Hey everyone,

What's the best way to accept payment with OSCommerce?

Thanks

It all depends on what country you are in and what you are selling. osCommerce has a number of contributions for different gateways that can be implemented as necessary

Authorizenet seems to be the most popular with over 100K users. If you have additional questions on Authorizenet, please drop me a line.

Unforunately, authorize.net usually only works with United States merchants. If you are looking for volume, LinkPoint is the largest gateway, being sold by Chase, First Data, Cardservice, PNC, etc.

If you are in the United States and expect to be doing less than $1,000 a month, a third party processor might be your best option. Otherwise www.cdgcommerce.com might also be able to help you out with that low volume.

Authorize.net is good for any size merchant, as long as they are in the US.
