Default Free currency conversion service

We are looking for Beta testers for a new currency conversion service.

The service allows you to display your site product prices in the visitor's selected currency (inline along side your base price).

For example, your US dollar product prices could look like this for someone from Australia:
US $100.00
AU $133.48

It is easy to install (1 line of code) and we believe it will work with all shopping carts.

There is also a Live Demonstration available that allows you to see exactly what your site could look like with it installed.

It is a free service. If you're interested, please visit http://DynamicConverter.com to try it on your site.

Andrew.

Nice idea - does it work with osCommerce? I think you don't need Nigerian money in there, Swiss francs (CHF) goes a bit odd: CH ₣282.06.

Yes - it does work with OsCommerce. With OsCommerce, you can add a Select your currency info box as well. We will have specific instructions for OsCommerce installation (including Loaded versions like CRE Loaded) shortly.

Because of the way it is implemented on a site (one line of code before the closing body tag), I believe that it supports all shopping carts. If a person wants to use Dynamic Converter with a shopping cart that we have not specifically supported yet, they can let us know and we will write the specific doco for them.

In your account settings it is possible to limit the currencies you wish to allow people to select. For example, some sites may only wish to show the Euro, Pound and US Dollar. This therefore allows you to not display currencies like the Nigeria Nairas.
