OSCommerce - Second Phone to Show on Invoice

In OSCommerce, we have changed the fax number on a customer form so it's a required "Work" number field. The vendor wants both the Default Phone and the Work phone to show on the customer order that is placed (order, invoice, packing slip, etc.) but the phone will not show for some reason.

Does anyone know OSCommerce well enough to help us make this modification in the tables?

Yes, we know. We posted the same question there two weeks ago and no one replied. We hoped someone at WPW might have a fix for us.
