Default selling the e-comerce business - any advice?

Well, I'm selling the business.
My wife wants to see more of me and I'm not getting any younger.
e-commerce site about three years old, with asking price of $60,000, last 12 months revenue $38,000 but growing fast. Any advice?

Pfffffffffft. A wife. Who needs those? You've got a website to maintain, dammit? :)

(Thank god I have an extremely tolerant girlfriend.)

Anyway, you seem to have built up your IBLs and put some hardcore effort into your site.

I have no intention of buying your site, BTW, but I'm going to ask something that a possible investor would: what would the net profit per year be for the site?

Default Sounds like...

Sounds like you're not really wanting to sell it to me. I've bought and sold a few businesses. I normally pay 2 - 3 times annual profits, never more than annual revenue. It's going to be a tough sale asking that much, unless you're operating at 75% margins (which I can't see in that industry).

I'm willing to buy your site. But apparently I would not like to pay the price you asked. I have to know what's the profit instead of the revenue. Contact me if you like to negotiate.

Seems like you have a PR0. Have you managed any keywords to the top of SERPs?

Looks like the current update bumped it to a 3.
