http://www.handicraftgreetings.com/

I'm going to guess that's the site based on the WWW icon above.

If it is, then your biggest problem is that of spelling and grammar. You make numerous typographical and spelling errors, and forgive me for saying something potentially offensive but it's apparent that English isn't your mother tongue. You really should hire someone to help you with your copy.

Other things that could be improved upon:

- Your colour scheme. It's too plain and really doesn't look like it sells handicrafts. It should look like an arts and crafts shop.

- I couldn't pick "Canada" out of the order form:

http://www.handicraftgreetings.com/temp/order.html

- The whole order process is confusing.

In other words, your problem is that you've tried to design on the cheap and you clearly haven't done a proper job of it. You're not going to find a technology that will help you sell what you want; your problem is that of marketing and customer understanding.

agree with Adam on all points stated. It'd be hard for your customers to order with the way the shopping cart is currently setup. Another thing to look at is keywords and meta tags on your secondary pages(pages other then the index.html).

Your copyright date is very outdated.

I definitely agree with the ordering process. You should have a way to order a product from each product page.

A standardized navigation would be nice too. Also, you should have a better explanation on the homepage of what you are selling and who your comany is. The point of the homepage is not to try and force a sale. It is to introduce your company and products in a clear and somewhat objective manner.

I have a brilliant shopping cart I can set your site up with. It is more user friendly, and you can have a look at one of my clients sites that are using it here:

Thanks!

Your site has page rank, I will give you that.
The site does not make me want to buy the products though.
It does not look like a credible site.
Let me help you build it into an ecommerce website.
I have sent you emails.
Reply to them, and lets get you selling.
