Anyone know this company?

We have received an offer from 3billing and I have been communicating with one of their managers through email for almost a week now. So far no problem it seems...

However, I visited their website and it does not have any good information, like contact addresses or any other standard information. Furthermore, when I searched Google it couldn't find anything and AltaVista gave me some strange results.

Does anyone know this company or have any experience with them? I'm really eager to work with them because of what they have told me in the email, but when I see their unprofessional approach online, it makes me feel uncertain. Could this be a rip off company?

My opinion is that if they don't have contact information very visible, then stay away from the company.

My other opinion is that if they contacted you, especially by email, than you can find something better elsewhere. If their service was that good, than you would be looking for them vs. them looking for you.

Also, by looking at the information on their website, I would highly recommend to stay away. We acquire many offshore merchant accounts each month, and we have relationships with about 20 offshore bank, and none of the banks work anywhere near what the website states.

Offshore merchant accounts with no setup fees DO NOT Exist. Also most offshore accounts take anywhere from 7 - 30 days to setup, because it is a very involved process. Much more complex than an American merchant account. 24 hour deposits is absolutely not possible. Also daily payments are not possible. Every offshore bank that I have ever hear of, has at least a 4 day delay for any funds transfer. The transfer is usually 2 times per month, but I have seen as low as 4 days. A no reserve account is possible with offshore providers, but very often some type of reserve is required.

I don't know about this company, but I highly recommend to steer clear. Everything about them says stay away. If you have any questions you can email me personally if you want, just don't get talked into a bad situation because it seems like such a good deal.

I will have to agree with jestep. There's no contact information, no pagerank, simple 1 page website. I don't think i would trust that website espically with my money.

I wonder, how did you find that site?

To give them credit, they specifically state on their website (at least today they do - who knows what they said in March) that you should BEWARE if anyone tells you 'no setup', '24 hour deposits', etc. They are NOT saying they offer those. They are warning AGAINST such claims.

But...the domain name was registered in January 2005 and also has no contact info, so I would shy away from them as well since who really knows who and where they are.
