Hi All,
I am setting up sub-domaims to our master shopping site, and one of the domains I managed to secure is a couple of highly desirable variations on a product description, but the domain doesn't contain our brand. Here's the issue. We are in the US, and there is a company in Australia whose product name matches the domain and variations we purchased? To hypothetically illustrate, let's say I bought www.incredibleshowergel.com and www.incredicble-shower-gel.com, to promote our shower gel. There is no product in the U.S. called "Incredible Shower Gel", but there is in Oz. Can I expect any legal or ethical issues regarding the deployment of pages on these domains? Thanks in advance. |
