How i receive payment in Bangladesh?

Iam in Bnagldesh.That's a problem itself.
But iam still optimistic.
I am developing ecommerce site.
Problem:how i receive payments from online transactions.
Options:xoom.com
My q:Paypal is a partner with xoom.com
My idea.PayPal verifies credit card and deposits in
Xoom account.those xoom guys pay me.
How does that sound or
else do any of guys/gals ,programmers
have any solution.
i need help with this one.

Thanks for reply.
But i have another option
Advise which one is better.?
MY dad has an US account.
So i ask paypal or verisign
to pay in that account.

and then i get money from thaT US Bank
to an internatinol bank like HSBC or standard & Chartered

Q:which is cheap and hassle free
time and cost effective?
