Our company is in China. The boss want me to deliver some news on foreign website for free because our company is very small. But i do not know where i can deliver news for free. Please give some advices.Thank u!

You could consider running a weblog with an integral RSS feed.

If you are talking about doing a press release, private message me. I know a place that does it free. They ask for donations, but will do it for free. Just make sure you give my id where it asks if you were refered by somebody. I don't get any money, but it makes me look better ;)

PRWeb does a great and free press release service. My site has an article on how to do it expertly.
