Ive used the
Your Virtual Store cart and had problems meeting the needs of our company. So I recently setup a cart using
Miva and found that the cart they offer is similiar to that of a race car with no brakes and tires made of paper. Upgrades and modules had to be bought immediately once the store was launched. Numerous problems arised, including:
-Invoice information cannot be printed on one page, even if the settings are set to landscape
-Incomplete or declined orders are completely discarded and unable to track or follow up on
-money orders are unable to be accepted
-customer service comes at a cost of $400-$1000 / year.
-There is no way to find out if a module will solve your problem prior to purchasing
So before getting sucked into this marriage, I have been advised to look for a new solution. Im looking into MailWare at

I just wanted to see if anyone has had any experience or knows anything about this software.
