I have a company that dropships products from different suppliers who each have their own UPS account. I'm trying to get a good system down for keeping track of all the tracking numbers and getting them to my customers. I've checked with UPs and they have no answers for me. Seems like there has to be an easier way than re-entering all the tracking numbers into my website one I receive them by quantum view or fax.
is there not?

Take a look at the shipments by your vendors. Several of ours use our P.O. number as a reference number, which we can then search by and find the correct tracking info. Otherwise, it's up to the vendor to supply that number to you.
Brian.
