Startup Web Design Company Issues

Here's the scenario -- My Belarussian girlfriend/fiance and I are now combining forces to offer top-of-the-line website design. She's been through all this (she's the one in the photo) -- designed 15-17 very upscale websites -- but my Internet background is almost completely made up of online marketing. Essentially, I'm on the "dumb" side, from a business perspective, when it comes to walking a client through the steps of having their website built. What I need to know is how to handle a client -- take them through the business/web design process, from start-to-finish -- when they commission us. I can get the business -- what I need to know is how to "handle" the business. Irina's knowledge of English is limited, so she's not a big help. Plus, I'm in America and she's in Belarus.

Any thoughts or help would be appreciated.
