Does anyone know of a resource for determining best practices on manual review for fraud protection? I recently attended Internet Planet in New York, and they basically said to do it, but not what to do.
We have our own version in place which has stopped quite a few fraudulent orders and even broken up a fraud ring (we still have a thank you from Mayor Giuliani on our wall from that one), but I was just wondering if anyone knew of any resources so we could compare notes and see if we need to add anything. Thanks. |
