Integrated e-commerce

Hello everyone, I look forward to your replies...I run an e-commerce business now that captures some business from the on-line store...but the lions share comes from those emailing or calling the toll free number. We use quick books basic, and an excel template for quotes physically faxing or emailing for approval. I know systems exist but I don't know where to find them or how much it would cost to automate this process. I would like our system to semi-create the order from a data base, turns it into a purchase order, issue the invoice to the customer and deal with normal problems of shipping rates returns etc. Our products have drastic variations in FOB points, shipping weight, color, mounting options etc.etc...

Did you want it to work with the database online? You might consider upgrading your admin part of your website if you have a broadband connection. And then your employees can sign on, make the order & hit submit & it will be sent over to the customer.
