Default Very strange case

Hi, I've been reading the discussions on this forum for a couple of months now, and I know that there are lots of people here with good ideas and web knowledge. I hope you can help me with your comments and suggestions on the following case:

We developed http://www.allthingspicnic.com three months ago and started a very nice campaign on Google and Overture, besides of some SEO pages that are also attracting visitors to the site. Then, in terms of traffic we are doing great (I mean tons of visitors). The thing is that in 3 months we haven't converted one visitor in a buyer. We've checked the e-commerce engine upside down, done trials, compared products and prices with the competition and everything seems to be just fine....

But not one sale!! If you would, I will love to hear from you. All kinds of comments, suggestions and crazy ideas :) are welcome.

Thanks in advance. Have a great one.

Welcome to the forums Astaroth!

One thing that I always look for when I am shopping online - what method of payment do you use? If I cannot find it in about one click, I leave. If you can - put what you accept on your first page or somewhere on your shopping cart.

If I only have an AmEx, I don't want to go thru the buying process without knowing if you will accept it or not.

You apparently are having a problem with your SSL encrypted security certificate as a warning comes up indicating as such. I received this warning when I tried to check out after attempting to purchase an item. Try placing a test order.

Your website needs a lot of basic SEO work. If you wish to learn how to do it yourself try searchenginewatch.com or if you wish to hire someone I can recommend someone.

Actaully, it is a pretty nice website, but you just need some work.

Default Thanks for your comments

Thanks everybody for the comments.

I will definitely make our payment choices more visible and test that error for the SSL certificate.

About the Traffic Analizer tool...we already have one, thanks for the suggestion anyway.

Have a great one!
