PHP script for booking system

I'm looking for a PHP script that uses a simple form to add products and calculates the total.

The information of the order will be passed to Barclaycard who will take care of the secure transactions.

The information passed to Barclaycard to process the order will be:

* the product ordered
* quantity
* total

I would appreciate any help.
