Default Help me improve my conversion rate?

We have recently relaunched our website to include an online shop. We are consistantly attracting over 200 unique visitors to the site per day and our prices are among the best in the country. We are getting more website enquiries than ever on the bulk side. So why are we not selling more units on the retail website? I have been involved a lot in the development of the website - any fresh opinion on the site would be great. The domain name is; www.expresspendrives.co.uk Thanks.

Default <--- this thing again

you can initially use a filed return forum like a post method and manually process you orders to save initial costs
I’m confused

In my opinion you may not be targeting the right unique visitors “USB Memory Sticks, USB Pendrives, USB pen drives, pendrives with logos, USBs, branded USB pen drives, Express Pendrives, expresspendrives.co.uk” are your key words many are general I have not checked their ranking but you may want to experiment with more specific terms and try listing in relevant business directories for your area

I have ran 25000/month unique visitors on a e-comers site I made and got 0 sales but I re optimized my key words dropped down to 3000/month and started selling at .01% of visitors as instant sales. All other sales required personal interaction or e-mail response and thus do not count to me.

You can try to test key phrases with google or overture ppc advertising and when you find your sales you optimize in that direction.

We are just at the beginning of the online shopping experience.
