If Sedo do not want to purchase a domain they pirate it??
sedobrokerage.de was registered by us with goddady.com on 28 Jan 2008
and it is still shows on our control panel.
Later denic.de said that sedo has trademark rights ( without any proof ) and they just ordered godaddy to release the domain in favour of sedo.com just like that without any court order of notice.
Who says that sedo has the right to the dictionary word brokerage? and the word sedo is for Sell Domains?
why they did not take from the beginning when they had time to cover their trade mark with respective domains??

this is called domain theft and piracy and it is exercised by top domain providers .
Do not tell us about trademark issues.
They have no right to take our domains.
If sedo is a trade mark there are many sedo.extensions available they should have those and not whatever word is written before or after their word. I.E Sedo has the right to xxxxxxxxx.sedo.xxxxxxxxx.com or net etc...

we are attaching the snapshot of our account showing sedobrokerage.de is listed in our control panel and is still there.
we challenge sedo to supply a proof of purchase.
it is now the 21st century and G.W.Bush democracy will prevail against all domain Nazis ,who think they can just point domains to whoever they want without any respect to the Int'l law of property.

we will fight to the end to regain our rights and to have our domain name back.
