International Domain Name

Hi...does anyone know where I can get a Taiwan domain name? My client in Taiwan wants me to do his website and wants a .tw extension. Where do I get one?

Hi Audrey,

There's no shortage of websites that are prepared to offer other countries' domain names for a price, however you may find that a local residence is often a legal requirement for purchase. Check with your client to make sure they're willing to give you all the necessary contact details for the registration.

I think some countries only allow you to get a domain if you have a company under which you are registering. Might have to look into this.
