Trying to sell my domain - ShadyLandlords.com

I recently put my domain ShadyLandlords.com up for auction on Go Daddy's Domain Name Aftermarket site... but I haven't had any bites.

I'm wondering if anyone has some advice on how to advertise the fact that it's up for sale (it's listed for $85). The site gets about 20 unique visitors per day via organic search, and the AdSense ads do really well.

I'd appreciate some feedback... I'm much better at designing and optimizing sites than I am at selling them.
