Actually, my understanding is that this company has been sending out spam that tries to scare people into registering overly expensive domains they don't need with them to "protect" their trademarks.

I didn't know they were connected with Todaynic and I hope that is not true, but if it is I will start to connect them with this scam that has been going on for quite some time. We have posted about it here:

Anytime you get an unsolicted email that is selling something, please do some checking around to see if it's a scam or not. More often than not, it is.
