Default Domain transfer disputes ................

Upon recommendation, I have used mm100.net www.mm100.net for both hosting and domain registration since 2004.

It was a mistake. I’ve had too much downtime, data loss and poor support. They are now very expensive. I did not receive the codes to manage the domain name.

So, I set up a new hosting account elsewhere and requested them to transfer the domain to the new domain registrar on March 26th 2007.

I have had no reply to around 10 mails from myself and the new registrar, other than mails saying that my hosting will be cut off if I don’t pay an annual renewal due 3 April 2007.

So, they have held me to ransome, and I’ve paid the renewal for hosting I do not need. I think I have a use for that hosting !

But does anyone know what steps can I take to get my domain transferred?
