Default Have you ever had this weird problem?

Thank you, but it seems I didn't describe the problem properly.
I also strarted having trouble calling up the web site by domain name. I would type in the numerical address and it would appear. I would type in the domain name for other web sites in the same account and view them fine. but not ridonline.com (the site in question), it would say "loading": forever and not come up.
Since I don't manage the domain name itself on this site, I was thinking perhaps the domain name was expired, or perhaps someone tinkered with the nameservers or something. But while the clinet was trying to track down the user name and password to the domain name account, the problem suddenly fixed itself. E-mail works fine again, and the site comes up when called by name.

And all without touching anything!

That has definitely happened to me before Texxs.

I couldn't figure out what was going on for the life of me.

Tech support from my reseeler account say that perhaps a local DNS went out, or had errors temporarily and then was fixxed. What do you think?
I've got nothing else to tell the customer so that's what I'm going with.

Tech Support's reply would have to be my guess as well. I would have to go with that also.
