Although the overture results are not bad if you try it including the .com then it results in 0.
I think that long, keyword rich domains are less effective at getting a good ranking than then used to be with the search engines being more interested in content.
If you search for 'Web-Domain-Name-Registration.com' in google it returns no results so it has not been indexed.
Also Alexa returns no results, as does a search on the wayback machine.
From this I would guess that it is not receiving much in the way of traffic. For someone to really be interested in a domain like this then they will probably be looking for something that already has a reasonable level of visitors.
Realy there are only two types of people who would look to buy :
1) Someone just looking to park the domain ( as you have at GoDaddy ) and generate a revenue that way.
2) Someone who has a domain business and just wants to point that to their main site.
As to it's value I would go for the pretty standard of 12 months revenue.
