Hi,Fred Chawner here,

When I want to include an affiliate or partner on to my website I have to use this.
http://tiptopwebsite.com/websites/in...xxxxxxx&page=?

My website is
http://www.ebooksr4uz.com

http://tiptopwebsite.com is my host.

My question is :How do I drop the http://tiptopwebsite.com/websites/in...ame=xxxx&page= and just use My website address.
http://www.ebooksr4uz.com
regards fred

Hi Fred,

I 'm sorry, but I'm confused.
How does the affiliate link relate to using your domain?

Hi Cyanide.

I hope this info is helpfull. This is the instruction for an application to join a partner program.

Note: Please submit the exact url that the script will be installed on. For example, do not submit http://www.Yoursite.com and then install the script on http://www.Yoursite.com/subpage.php.

At the moment I cannot comply with this request as the host seems to insist on.

regards fred.

Okay, I think there is some confusion here.

When applying for the affiliate, they need to know the domain(yours) where it will be installed. Usually this is for tracking purposes.

That second url(the long one) is the actual tracking url that visitors will click to go to the host. This is the url that will be placed somewhere on your site to be clicked.

It's not so much the host as it is the type of program they are using.

oh... I see what's going on.
Looks like you are using a free host, where your domain is framed around some kind of website builder.

This type of hosting really is not recommended.
For one reason is search engine optimization. If you are expecting/hoping for visits from SE's, it won't happen.
