A domain name by itself is nothing. You would be better served by creating a version of what this site could be, rather than having the placeholder page that is now.
It would not have to be complex, you could create subpages on topics such as discount electronics, discount software, discount whatever and then placing google ads alongside those. That by itself might be enough for some webpreneur to take interest.
I personally would never buy this domain name for more than max. 100 bucks as it is now. Rather I would start from scratch with dome name like discount-search, search4discount, discountheaven, totallydiscount .com/.net/.us/.info etc. etc.
