Domain Appraisal Needed (Is this the appropriate category)

I want to get an appraisal on a site I want to sell.. The domain is http://www.WebzByDezign.com

I am not sure I am in the appropriate category so if not please do let me know.

I have had this domain for about 3 years. I just completed a new design on the site and optimized all of the pages. This is a excellent site for someone that can really promote it and offer the services that Webz By Dezign offers.

Someone please lead me in the appropriate direction to getting an appropriate appraisal on this site.

Any suggestions on where I should advertise the site to try and sell it would be appreciated as well..

dnforum.com or ebay.

It is a bit too specific it seems to me to attract too much, but at a PR 4, it will have some value.
