Domain Geek/Guru Advice on Coop vaultage value

This forum gets pretty quite so anyone with insight, Id appreciate it.

How much does link-vault or COOP weight weigh tin the value of selling a domain. I was referred to dnforum.com from here and foud some great names i may try at, but also saw many references to the coop weight of the site/domain.

I have had a domain for about 7 months now that has a PR of 6 and about 50 PR 5 internals, with over 234,000 pages in google. This all added up to about 160,000 link vaultage, and im sure would be equally staggering in the coop, though i dont use it personally.

The site sits pretty empty as republished info (scrape) for now, and is mysql driven to have grown to this point.

After reading much of the DN forum sales and info I was then believing it could have substantial value as coop fuel, or if properly developed someones site with a ready to go PR6.

Opinions welcome.
