This is a tough one because no one can legally use those domain names without the consent of the "big company." I'm sure a charity could get permission to use HUMMER-GIVEAWAY.COM, but would a for-profit company be able to get consent? And Hummer won't buy it - they'll just demand you turn it over!

Dude...do you have a death wish? Seriously. You're just ASKING for trouble trying to sell all of those domain names.
The companies whose names are mentioned would have legal rights to those domain names, as cspelts pointed out, and more than likely would go after you for those as some of them have already.
About the only ones you might get away with are the ABC ones, the h2 ones (since I have no idea what h2 is), and billiondollargiveaway. Anything else would probably get snatched up by the named corporations as soon as they found out.

In fact ebay may well cancel your auction if they notice it.

Lesson #1 in how to get sued by multinational conglomerates in the space of 5 minutes.
You are playing with fire, my dear.

You are really in trouble if you keep all these
I've visit your site and all I can say is that Wow, you really can get big trouble.
Also you wrote :"ebay is another company that is buying up all the
domains that it can." I don't belive it, they simply send you an email (from their lawyer office) and tell you to abondant domain name without any forwardings and website hosting otherwise they send you another more nasty email regarding to trademarks.
If Ebay needs a domain name, they simply register and don't buy in auction or else.
Becareful, this is my personal advice.

Good Luck Dude
I have been through a similiar dispute with a couple large corporations. What the other people in here fail to mention is that in order for any of the major corps would have to sue you in federal court.
They won't do that, a federal appeals court has already decided this issue and found for the registrant. It is nearly impossible to successfully get sued unless you are using the logos on the sites and misrepresenting them, besides it would be cheap for them just to buy the darn thing.
The time spent on filing the briefs would be more than you are asking.
I hope you sell them. Good Luck.

the slight risk of trouble couple with the fact that a program like Mozzle, can find domain combination that long and similar still available.
Good luck, i imagine the lack of bids will make my point.

I would not do that if I were you
It’s a bad idea to try and sell names that are copy written.

I agree if those companies find out you are selling company name websites they might try and sue you.

somethings are just worth repeating, right?
Sometimes a people like it when the big companies sue them - no such thing as bad publicity and all that.

but more on topic, your domains arent worth anything anyhow.
STEP #1 Get a program like 'mozzle'
Step #2 run a bunch of brand names and giveaway and a few other somewhat obscure terms like giveaway, and I can give yuou a list you can buy for $7.99 each at godaddy.com
Step 3 Take your pick of more domains woth $8 each.
reebokgiveaway.com
burgerkinggiveaway.com
sonicgiveaway.com
wendysgiveaway.com
fordgiveaway.com
suzukigiveaway.com
mazdagiveaway.com
addidasgiveaway.com
ponygiveaway.com
pacificsungiveaway.com
aeropostalegiveaway.com
mtvgiveaway.com
vh1giveaway.com
spikegiveaway.com
wbgiveaway.com
tntgiveaway.com
There you go, I think that adds up to about $100.
No hyphens - no .net garbage
i dont know whay people get names that are 18+ characters, and have 10 alternative synonyms and think they will make $5000 off them.
PS: i wont be racing you to buy these.
