Default We are putting up 25 Domain Names for sale - Need advice!

We are putting up 25 of our Domain Names for sale. Most of them have both geographical and high demand Internet technology significance and are 5 letter dot coms with no characters, hyphens or other garbage.

Here is an example: seolv.com (SEO Las Vegas)

I am new to the world of selling domain names except for one I sold years ago that was a 3 word 10 letter domain (theartport.com) for $500.

I am thinking that I should create the 1 page GoDaddy free website for each with specific verbiage and link them to my PR4 site for SE indexing, while placing them on GoDaddy for sale.

Others like thewwwbest.com, we have owned for 5 or 6 years.

We also own the suite:
naturalyard.org
naturalyard.net
naturalyard.com
and I don't have a clue how to sell a suite... Not even sure I want to sell this one, because as water becomes more scarce and expensive, everyone will be doing natural landscaping using regionally indigenous plants...

Maybe that has value, maybe it doesn't... I just don't know.

Are there domain name brokers that we can hire to maximize value while taking a reasonable cut?

We need some help here.

Any advice would be very helpful.

Thanks,
Ken

Default The only experience I have...

The only experience I have with selling domains is having some good ones and people contacting me about buying them. Most are still at the domain brokers that bought them, but I got my cash so I'm pleased.

I do my buying on ebay, which is buyer friendly not seller.

The only ive sold was through sedo, and they found me. But I buy on ebay which will not get you much for those names.

Ebay is generally about
.com 3 digit with a number = 30-100$
.net 3 letters = 200-300$
.com 3 letters = 700-$4000

.com 4 letters = 10-30$

anything else is generally not getting much attention unless its particularily good or in a high demand domain market like porn/real estate/gambling/ or mortgage.

perhaps creat your own "relevent" park pages with adsense, so they stay "on theme" while they sit on ice and awiait a buy. If I was buying one Id be happy to know the site is indexed with the appropriate theme attached.
