Domain Collection - have you used them?
I am in the process of acquiring a domain name from domaincollection.com. I am leary of the transaction for 2 reasons.
1. They have no phone number for customer support on their web site. Its an email address that I have been communicating with. I have asked them twice to either call me or give me a number to call.
2. The page to plug in my CC information is not secure.
I did a BBB.org search for the company and they are listed in their with only 1 complaint.
Should I move forward or tell my client that I am leary of the transaction and sorry, but you can't have that domain name anymore? Or any other ideas from posters are great!
