#1 ranked domain name for sale, what is a good price?

This domain appears #1 when searched for "woodstock, ny".

# 1 In Google

#1 In Yahoo

#1 in MSN

#1 in AOL

What is a fair asking price for a domain ranked #1?
I realized this domain name was no value to anybody outside the Woodstck, NY area.

Generally hyphenated domains don't do too well when you wanna sell em off.
Secondly I don't think too many folks type woodstock and ny together in a search.

Hello,
I would say having the top ranking in those 4 search engines is an acheivment its self, especially that Google shows more than 1,000,000 results for this keyword. The good thing is to satisfy the 4 search engines rules in the same time to have a top ranking in them all. Because most of people have a no.1 ranking on a search engine but not the other.

Its how much traffic you are attracting right now. If you give more details about the traffic, it will make a bit more sense.
