You could get a headstart with this and there's more here. It's just a suggestion, but when your starting from scratch it's easier to use one of our kits.

I'm not asking that you buy anything, it's just an idea and you asked for suggestions =) and it's all I can offer is what we sell

You could create a community of Multibillionaires...

Perhaps you could have 5 - 10 registered users
that pay just 1 million a year for the membership. LOL

About the content for the site you could do a survey
to know what they would have there...

Love the idea about the content.. yes, please tell us "what do you want on the site content" sure, they would ask for the sky and gold trimmings =)
