I just acquired http://optimise.com yesterday. What do uou think it's worth, and what do you think I could do with it. Worth selling? Better to keep?

Sounds like a good one to me, be better if you had the american spelling though. I would start to develop it and also put it up for sale, a web site usually increases the domains value.
If you want to sell, as always, i recommend www.EliteIdentity.com

I am excited! I talked to the owner of http://optimizes.com and he ageed to sell it to me so now I have both the english and american spellings.

I am doubly blessed.

Question is I still don't know what to do with either.

Talk about a blind investment. But I have a really good feeling about this. I don't know why, but I believe something big is gonna happen.
