Default Sedo is cheating

Hello

I have parked my domain names with Sedo, by waiting to get customers and few clicks as they are promoting CPC system. While checking my parked domain names I found few ads that attracted me and I clicked them to see the contents of those sites, as anybody else would do, I suppose. Later I wanted to see the effect of those clicks in my sedo page where they are displaying the no. of clicks displayed - and I found there was no impact. The no. of clicks (clicks that bring you money – you know what I mean) displayed in the sedo page doesn't change with this. Convinced, that they have recorded IP address of my computer and that any click done from this IP address would not be recorded, I did that several times, I mean, as I have 25/30 domain names parked with Sedo, I visit them often and when find some ad interesting, click them to see the site, as I was convinced by now, that any click done from my IP address will not be accounted as a valid click and no money will be charged to the advertiser (and hence nothing will be paid to me as well – that makes sense).

Few days back I went to a friends house and while showing him the domain names I have got in my collection, he clicked on few ads, I didn’t tell him no, as I think he would have done it even without me, if the ads interest him – and that’s the goal of CPC advertisements after all. In some ads he clicked once, in a few he clicked more times when we came back to the domain name again, and also as I have several similar domain names which were showing sometimes the same ads.

Back home, when I was trying to see the impact of those clicks and to check how much my friend has passed me in this way – unknowingly though. And surprisingly, no clicks were recorded. I waited several days, thinking that may be Sedo clicks don’t show up in real time, and till now, about a week has passed since then, and no clicks are yet to be registered.

Now things are clearer to me – it’s a simple case of cheating – Sedo doesn’t pay you for all the clicks that you receive. They simply hide data (I hope they don’t have any sandbox … do they ???), and pay you for only a small portion of clicks that your domain names actually receive …

Now friends, since you guys are quite experienced in this domain name profession, may help me by giving me name of an honest place where I could park my domain??? Who has a similar CPC system (I mean, not really similar, but an honest one) ???

Thanks for your reply friends
Cheers.

Personally, I never ever park domains. Why should I give valuable traffic to someone else when I can keep it for myself?

I would get hosting for all those domains or redirect them all to one site that you own. There's no reason to give someone else your valuable traffic.

Hosting all the domain by myself is probably the best idea, and I could start building pages around them ... that increases value no doubt (and a build website can never sell cheaper then a naked domain name ...) ... problem is that my host is not supporting multi domain hosting ... as a matter of fact, anybody knows a multi domain hosting company ???

For redirection, I am with Powweb and they are not supporting more then 5 redirection for the same hosting package ... going for various packages is of course one solution ...

Anyway, thanks for the reply ... any more idea please ???
