Hi,
About four days back I registered http://HairPromStyle.com The term "Hair Prom Style" was searched more than 100,000 times last month (Overture) It's a long term search keyword...not sessional. Now this site is up & indexed by Google & MSN...soon Yahoo! will index it. Now I'm thinking of selling this domain or full website as it is. I'm expecting $25K pluss... it it fair? :) Thanks Mahesh Bhat |

Mahesh, Sorry I think you made a mistake.
Overture sometimes reports jumbled words in search results. I believe the actual search term is "prom hair style" not "hair prom style". You can verify this with Word Tracker. It's not worthless but I don't think it's worth $25K. In any case, keep track your traffic stats and see what kind of numbers you get. This could be important data when you try to sell your domain. Good lick, Edwin

edwinj is right
Overture jumbles text a lot of the time. If in doubt, search google for the string, using quotes, for each possible combination. The one with all the results is the gem.
