.EDU domain registration

I have a client who runs a school and wants to get a domain with a dot EDU extention.
Does anyone know how to register this? i contacted register.com and also enom.com but neither of them do it.
network solution has not responded yet.
any and all help appreciated.

You have to be an official degree granting institute, if you are one then you can register at educase.edu
