Default Plural or Singular?

Hello everyone,

I am doing research on some potentially profitable domains.

I am just wondering, in general, what is usually better? Example: waterbottle.com or waterbottles.com?

Any insight is appreciated!

Thanks
Shane

BOTH!

Register them both and just redirect one to the other.

Next!

Always buy a plural domain. I realize that in our minds we are think of a topic. But we are thinking of it in a singular manner.

When search comes into play,we seem to want to find out more of the topic or thing, so we tend to type in the search in a plural manner.

I have to agree, its better to register both. You won't want your competitor registering the singular when you are using the plural. Also, remember to do a 301 redirect if you are planning on doing so.
